Parker Maher brings his unwavering integrity and competitive drive to the Shawver Group as the senior sales associate. Since joining the firm in March 2020, Parker devotes his disciplined focus to efficiently managing client projects and building win-win relationships.

His client base includes new franchisees, local businesses expanding their brands and national retailers and restaurants. Some of Parker’s clients include 7 Brew, Eat The Frog, Noodles & Co and The Halal Guys. He has successfully leased real estate for national landlords such as KBP, HCI Hospitality and Hunt Midwest. Parker has been instrumental in the acquisition of land for national development companies and assists owners with investment purchases.

While playing Division I Soccer at Missouri State University, Parker earned his bachelor’s degree in Business. Following his strong college career, he played four years at the professional level for Sporting KC and St Louis FC. After playing professional soccer, he started his real estate career with Maxus Properties, LLC, as an assistant property manager for a large multi-family, tax-credit property. He is a member of ICSC, holds a real estate license in both Missouri and Kansas, and is in pursuit of earning his CCIM designation.

Originally from Joplin, Mo., Parker resides in Kansas City with his wife, Alyssa, and their two dogs. Parker is often seen playing pickleball and enjoys many other outdoor activities.
