Can you provide references from other businesses you have represented?
We are happy to provide you a list of local, regional, and national landlord and tenant clients we have represented.
How long will a search take to find the right location for my business?
A search for the perfect location for your business will depend upon many factors. Key to the decision-making process will be the real estate requirements of your business and current market conditions of your desired location. At Shawver Group, we invest the time to understand you, your goals and your business model before we start the search process.
What do you charge for your services?
If you are a prospective tenant or buyer, our commission fees are generally paid for by the landlord or owner of the real estate looking to lease or sell their property. Because of our market knowledge and experience working with retailers, we can likely save you money long-term by guiding you throughout the leasing process. As a landlord representative, our fees mirror current market rate standards, subject to unique situations. We also offer consulting, with the fees determined based upon the scope of work requested.
Can you help a master broker looking for representation in the Midwest area?
Yes. We work with master brokers representing businesses looking to open new or reposition existing stores or businesses. We also act as a master broker, directing the team of collaborating real estate professionals in other states.
Does your brokerage firm collaborate with other brokerage firms or in-house real estate departments?
Yes. We assist other high-profile real estate brokerage companies and capital market professionals looking for “boots-on-the ground” services. Residential agents enjoy our generous referral program.
