Kyle Wadlow joined Shawver Group in 2021 and has quickly established himself as a trusted advisor in tenant and landlord representation across retail, office, and industrial spaces. Kyle has successfully worked with tenants including Zaxbys, Spectrum Paint Company, and 3 Axis, securing spaces that support their growth and long-term success. On the landlord side, he has provided strategic leasing services for both retail and office properties, helping ownership groups maximize occupancy and strengthen asset value.

A versatile talent, Kyle is an important contributor to the team, collaborating with all associates on client projects. From targeted canvassing to in-depth market research, he accepts any responsibility associated with the success of the team. People-oriented and dedicated, Kyle is available to support individuals, businesses, and property owners with their commercial real estate needs.

A Kansas City native, Kyle earned his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Missouri State University in Springfield, MO. He holds his real estate salesperson license in both Missouri and Kansas.

An avid football fan, Kyle enjoys spending time with friends and family watching his beloved Chiefs or attending football games. He and his wife, Carly, share a passion for travel and enjoy exploring new cities together whenever possible.
