With decades of experience, Joanna Shawver has earned a stellar reputation in the commercial real estate industry as a dynamic and collaborative leader. Known for her personable persistence, Joanna dives into every project with a meticulously smart and vibrantly creative approach.
Joanna has helped national brands expand their footprint in the Midwest to include Helzberg Diamonds, McAlister’s Deli, Freddy’s Frozen Custard, Noodles & Co, Limited Brands, Woof’s Play & Stay and Smoothie King to name a few. She also provides strategic consulting to clients on commercial real estate developments as well as solutions to reposition existing real estate assets. Joanna collaborates with in-house real estate teams and brokerage companies. Along with her national and regional work, Joanna and her team guide franchisees, business owners and entrepreneurs on commercial real estate investments.
