Chance Barrow brings his dynamic personality to the commercial real estate industry. After joining the team in 2021, he jumped right in and started working with tenants and landlords on their real estate requirements.

Whether canvassing for tenants to fill landlord vacancies or helping new businesses with expansion plans, Chance is determined to find solutions for his clients. Working with people and solving their challenges comes naturally for him. His client list includes both local tenant and national account experience including Blush & Blossoms, Everbowl, Mochinut, Rainbow Shops and VanTrust Real Estate.

A native of the Kansas City area, Chance received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Washburn University. After college, Chance joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car and advanced quickly to a management assistant position. The superior training and experience he received in that role easily translates to the commercial real estate industry.

Chance is a licensed real estate agent in both Missouri and Kansas. He specializes in landlord representation and assisting small businesses with their real estate searches. He is a member of ICSC.

Chance has a passion for traveling and when not on the ground, you can see him flying around the world.
