Erin is an accomplished marketing, communications, and project management professional with over 20 years of experience driving successful outcomes across various industries. She brings a meticulous attention to detail and strategic mindset to each task and excels at keeping projects on track. Erin understands the value of diligence, transparent relationship management and teamwork in consistently achieving the desired results.

At Shawver Group, Erin plays a pivotal role in managing all brokerage operations and marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between multiple stakeholders. She thrives in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments. Erin’s extensive career experience has honed her ability to balance creativity with feasibility to effectively market and manage successful transactions. Her strong communication skills and ability to collaborate from project inception to completion make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Before joining Shawver Group in 2023, Erin served as Manager of Creative Services at Cerner (Oracle Health), and prior to that, as Director of Client Engagement at VML, a leading global creative agency based in Kansas City. Erin graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, emphasis in advertising and strategic communication, from the University of Missouri.

Outside of work, Erin and her husband, Chad, enjoy raising their family at Lake Winnebago. She is a proud mom to three boys and a daughter-in-law. An avid Royals and Chiefs fan, Erin loves hosting game day gatherings with family and friends.
