Kyle Wadlow joined Shawver Group in 2022. A versatile talent, Kyle is an important contributor to the team, working with all associates on client projects. From targeted canvassing to in-depth research, he accepts any responsibility associated with the success of the team.

Kyle grew up in Kansas City and he received his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Missouri State University in Springfield, MO. After college, he graduated from the Kansas City Regional Police Academy. He holds his real estate salesperson license in Missouri and in Kansas.

An avid football fan, Kyle enjoys spending time with friends and family. When he is not watching his beloved Chiefs or attending football games, he and his wife, Carly, can oftentimes be found exploring the sights and sounds of many cities. Travel is their passion.

Kyle is people oriented, dedicated, and available to support individuals and businesses with their commercial real estate needs.
