In addition to its rich history in the retail discipline of real estate, the Shawver Group assists clients with investment sales, dispositions and purchases of other asset classes such as office buildings, small industrial properties, multi-family assets for personal or business investments.

One growing segment of our business is the acquisition of land for for preferred developers, both for multi-family projects, net lease, single or multi-tenant developments. We also assist owner-occupants of buildings on the purchases of the properties they lease. Or we can help the established medical practitioner who needs to relocate.

We have completed successful individual and collaborative lease and sale transactions representing cities, the United States Postal Service, medical professionals investing in real estate and entrepreneurial owners looking to lease or own their own real estate. We have experience with 1031 exchanges, public/private partnerships and incentives.
